Pour l&rsquo;aider voici une d\u00e9coction efficace \u00e0 prendre tant que les sympt\u00f4mes persistent :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Remplir une casserole avec 1 litre d&rsquo;eau &#8211; commencer \u00e0 chauffer<\/li>\n<li>Couper 4 \u00e0 5 lamelles de 1 \u00e0 2 mm de racine de gingembre (saveur piquante en m\u00e9decine chinoise qui va r\u00e9chauffer le poumon) et les plonger dans la casserole<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 2 branches de thym<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter un demi-citron bio (avec la peau)<\/li>\n<li>Si vous toussez, ajouter 2 pinc\u00e9es de poivre noir<\/li>\n<li>Laisser fr\u00e9mir la casserole avec un couvercle pendant 10mn<\/li>\n<li>La d\u00e9coction est pr\u00eate, vous avez l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 3 tasses de 25cl pour la journ\u00e9e.
